Khaka Lab reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access at our discretion.

• Actual colors may slightly vary due to screen settings, lighting, printing processes, or material differences

• Handmade and customized products may contain minor variations

• Product photos shown on the website are for reference purposes only

These variations are not considered defects.

3. Custom Orders & Uploaded Content

Customers are fully responsible for the content they upload or submit for customization.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You own the rights or have permission to use the content

• The content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or any third-party rights

• The content is not illegal, offensive, hateful, explicit, defamatory, or harmful

Khaka Lab reserves the right to reject, cancel, or remove any order containing inappropriate or unlawful content.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring uploaded images are high quality and properly cropped.

Khaka Lab is not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution or improperly submitted files.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, designs, graphics, website content, product photography, and materials created by Khaka Lab remain the intellectual property of Khaka Lab unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not reproduce, resell, copy, distribute, or commercially use Khaka Lab designs without written permission.

Custom designs submitted by customers remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Khaka Lab reserves the right to:

• Change pricing at any time without prior notice

• Modify product availability

• Cancel pricing errors or incorrect listings

Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation or successful order verification.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Khaka Lab may contact customers for verification before processing.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan using third-party courier services.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and may vary depending on:

• Location

• Courier delays

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Operational issues beyond our control

Khaka Lab is not responsible for courier-related delays after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, customized items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.

Returns or replacements may only be accepted if:

• The wrong product was delivered

• The item arrives damaged

• There is a manufacturing defect

Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos/videos as proof.

Khaka Lab reserves the right to approve or reject refund or replacement requests after review.

Minor variations in color, alignment, texture, or finishing are not considered defects.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Khaka Lab.

8. Cancellations

Orders for customized products cannot be canceled once production has started.

Khaka Lab reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Fraud concerns

• Unavailable materials

• Technical errors

• Inappropriate submitted content

• Pricing mistakes

If payment has already been made for a canceled order, the applicable refund will be processed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Khaka Lab shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of profits or business

• Delays caused by third-party couriers

• Customer-submitted content issues

• Printing differences caused by screen calibration or lighting

• Improper handling or misuse of products after delivery

Maximum liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Product Usage & Care

Customers are responsible for handling and using products properly.

Khaka Lab is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Water exposure (unless specified waterproof)

• Heat exposure

• Improper installation

• Falling or impact damage

• Surface incompatibility

Magnetic products may not adhere equally to all surfaces.

Customers should test surfaces before permanent use.

11. Promotional Content

Khaka Lab may repost customer photos, reviews, or publicly shared content for marketing purposes unless the customer requests otherwise.

By tagging or sharing our products publicly, you grant Khaka Lab permission to feature the content on social media or promotional materials.

12. Website Usage

Users may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to the website

• Disrupt website operations

• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems

• Upload harmful code or malicious content

Khaka Lab reserves the right to block access for misuse.
